These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by 24 North Real Estate Media ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website 24north.org. By booking a shoot or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
24 North Real Estate Media provides professional real estate photography, videography, drone media, 3D tours (including Zillow Showcase), and related digital marketing content. The specific services to be delivered will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
2. Booking and Payment
- Scheduling: Appointments must be booked in advance through our online system, via email, or by phone.
- Payment: Payment is typically required prior to or upon delivery of the final media unless a prior invoicing arrangement has been established. We accept major credit cards and other standard payment methods.
- Travel Fees: Properties located outside our standard 50-mile radius of Metro Detroit may be subject to additional travel fees, which will be communicated prior to confirmation.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that real estate schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. If our team arrives at the property and it is not ready for the shoot, a return trip fee may apply.
4. Copyright and Usage Rights
Ownership: 24 North Real Estate Media retains the copyright to all media produced (photos, videos, 3D tours, etc.).
Licensing: Upon full payment, the client (the Realtor, agent, or homeowner who booked the service) is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for the marketing of the specific property. This license remains valid for the duration the property is listed with the original agent. The media may not be sold, transferred, or given to another agent, builder, or third party without written permission and additional licensing fees.
5. Property Condition
The property must be photo-ready upon our arrival. Our photographers are not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving items (including vehicles, trash cans, or furniture). We will shoot the property as-is. If the property is not ready, we will do our best to shoot around obstacles, but we cannot guarantee the final result.
6. Delivery and Archiving
Standard turnaround time for photography is typically 24 hours. Video and complex editing may take longer. We will deliver the final media via a secure online gallery or download link. We recommend downloading and saving your media immediately. We do not guarantee permanent archiving of your files and may delete them from our servers after 6 months.
7. Limitation of Liability
24 North Real Estate Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
